Flo Social not working

  • Hello,

    I want to use FLO SOCIAL but I cannot connect my instagram account to it.
    The user account ID or URL do not work.

    I get a red little pop up message that says – “user unknown error”

    Can you help?

  • I have the same issue. Using the latest version of the plugin (2.3.4). Tested with multiple themes, including twentytwentyone.

    I have the exact same problem!!! sometimes it shows my Instagram feed but overall it’s not showing since yesterday! any ideas how to solve it?

    Hello, I am having the same problem. I contacted Flothemes and they said that “the plugin will soon get an update to adapt to the new regulations that instagram has implemented”.
    Hopefully this will solve the problem.
