Filter to block CSS/JS from plugins?

  • I am building a site using a plugin that loads about 160kb of JS/CSS.

    The problem is that only a few pages need the CSS/JS (just the pages with content specific to that theme).

    Is it feasible to use a create templates that have filters that don’t display this JS/CSS?

    How would one go about that?
