• Hello There,

since yesterday, I am having problem with my mobile/tablet menu icon.
basically my website was running smoothly, I tried to add some scripts in (Insert Header & Footer Plugin) for facebook Ads and Pinterest Ads. But that didn’t worked so i removed.
since yesterday I have never touched my plugins and/or theme files.

but Now I cannot click the menu hamburger icon either on mob and tablet.
When I go to customizer and in editing mode, then its working fine. otherwise it is not working.

Just to add more info that, firstly I was having strange problem with my website, all of the images on my website were suddenly disappeared. I tried deactivating all the plugins. then images comes back. but now I am only having mobile menu issue.

  • Hello,

If you are using the child theme, try to switch to the parent theme and check.

Go to Theme Panel > SCripts & STyles, disable enable all the files and check.

If not resolved, please share the website URL to check.

    Hi Abishek,

I managed to get the problematic plugin. It was actually WP Rocket which was minifying the javascripts and disabling the menu. Normally it should not block the mobile menu but i don’t know whether it is because of conflict with other plugins or i don;t know what.

    my web address is https://www.malbusaat.co.uk

I have temporarily disabled the wp rocket and tried to install wp optimize, assets cleanup and few others but wp rocket gives the best result. I dont’ know how to solve this problem now.

    Hello,

You can exclude that header section from the wp rocket, then you can use easily the wp rocket plugin.
