I recently submitted a review that was not particularly complimentary of Product Support. This elicited the intended reaction which got the ball rolling on what became a more constructive dialogue eventually leading to a suggestion on how to fix my plug-in problem. Unfortunately, the suggestion did not successfully solve my specific issue (I’m now sorting out a different approach). Nonetheless, my takeaway is that while we didn’t start off on the best footing, I believe Support is genuinely invested in achieving positive outcomes for their clients. In this light, I’ve elected to elevate my original grade by two starts for three total. The missing two – one for execution and one for overall experience. Bottom Line: It’s possible this may have been a one-off situation.
