Stalling dashboard and stalling database update

    I have a permanent problem – a lot of the processes are stalling.

    The plugin update is stalling.
    Stalling in editingpages.
    Stalling in automatic upgrade.

    Has succesfully upgraded my the Atatualha to newest version through ftp-client.

    Has manually upgraded the to from 2.8.4 to 2.9.1 to try to solve the promblems but now it stalling at updating database, which means I have no longer access to to the dashboard.

    I have no idea what is going wrong.

    I will appriciate any suggestions!
