Has Potential – Does NOT Have Good Support

I purchased the Pro version, but even after that I could not get decent and timely support. I have a couple issues such as losing my scroll bar when trying to use the program and all the images, text, everything on the pages jumbles together. I submitted support tickets and they were never answered. It’s too bad because it could potentially be a great plugin, but their support has turned me off. Especially considering I paid for the support specifically. I did not renew for a second year because I submitted a ticket saying I would like help with my issues before renewing and they never answered that one, either. So now I’m glad I didn’t renew and will be uninstalling. YMMV, good luck!
