    Actually, i have cancel my renew during 2020 in my dashboard on the official website.

    However, you take my money and like i say, i don’t want a renew. I ask you gently to refund me. On your official website, I ask, the day after the renew, to refund me. I send a mail to the support like you ask on you support the day after.

    I’m in the 14 fisrt day, i don’t have licence and the is note enough to get the refund ?

    TL DR ; I pay for something i don’t want anymore like i said months ago. You STEAL MY MONEY and you don’t give LICENCE. NOW i ask to refund and you Don’t want.

    Customer, don’t pay anything.

    All purchases are automatically recurring subscription and renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This applies to all license levels.

    This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the products linked to that order when your order expires.

    If you want to cancel your subscription, you should mail your order ID to [email protected] or send an order note from your order details page before the renewal time.

    Have you mailed before the renewal time/anniversary of the purchase date? let me know

    After i make a dispute with paypal, you finally do something. It’s crazy.

    It’s absolutely disgusting to work like this. I wait 14 days and you don’t do anything. Now i make a dispute on paypal, you finally refund me ? you don’t make a favor, lol . It’s just the law. You steal my money and you don’t give the licence.

    Your customer need to know how you are.

    Now, to remember :
    – i have unsubscribe to renew few months ago on your dashboard.
    – when the renew come, i nevef want it and you don’t give me licence. The old licence stop at the renew.

    Finally
    – in GDPR, because i’m an european customer, it’s totally illegal to opt-in a subscription or something else when an european buy something. it’s illegal.
    – in GDPR, when a subscription is done, you need to make a mail to the customer 3 months before the renew to remind the customer.
    – same for the cookies, you are no GDPR compliant.

    all software available from www.ads-software.com are free. Once you pay for something – you are outside of www.ads-software.com with that paid product.
