    ok i think , found the issue it is a conflict with a plugin called Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha
    and this issue is only there for non logged in users for logged in user this conflict issue is not there

    also a copy of the question and a copy of answer must be send to the email id taken during the Q&A section

    You can sort the order (put QnA above reviews) by editing the module->includes->qna->class-cr-qna.php and change “priority” to 20 or something.

    I found no easier way. Keep in mind this will be lost on the next plugin update.

    I can’t get users to reply to a question. There’s no reply button. I can only do it from the back end. Any idea why?

    1. Iam no expert in this, could you please send me the full php code to change the priority

    2. I hope the plugin conflict issue will be solved soon

    3.when someone ( guest user or other )asks any question, how will he know that his question has been answered . Therefore a notification (reply) must be send to his email id

    It’s line 25 in the file.

    ‘priority’ => 20,

    If 20 won`t do it, just change the number to something else.

    the captcha issue is not solved even after the update , also i have added v3 google captcha code

    Sorry, we can’t really do anything about the captcha that is added by another plugin that you have installed. Please check settings of that 3rd party plugin to disable the captcha on product pages or reach our to their support team for help.

    The code snippet in the solution that you shared is correct. If it doesn’t work for you, then most likely you didn’t implement it properly. Can you please provide screenshots illustrating your implementation of the code snippet?
