Intuitive and flexible

MailOPtin is far more intuitive and flexible than other email and form-building plugins I have used. It has afforded our organization the opportunity to keep all of our email contacts in a single database (unlike a previous plugin), easily create a variety of automated alerts for our readers and easily create a single form that lets our readers choose from among those different lists.
I will soon be able to delete three plugins that are no longer needed because their functions are included in MailOptin.
MailOptin support has been quick and helpful. I haven’t used the support much because the documentation is usually sufficient. But when I’ve had questions that weren’t covered in the online documents, they have responded quickly and helped me resolve the issues.
