    Hi! Today I got notice from my clients that they can’t make reservation, using Time slots booking form because they can’t see security code from antispam protection. Does anyone know why they can’t see Captcha Verification picture?! Thanks in advance…

    Hi,

    There is some “image optimization” or “CDN” converting the captcha image to a static image, breaking it. Please check which is the plugin or CDN feature causing that and deactivate it or add a rule to exclude the captcha image.

    In the meantime disable the captcha image to continue processing bookings:

    Thanks a lot! It was lazy load option in WP Total Cache plugin…
