email and notification

  • Hi, when an order status is completed the customer receives 2 emails , probably one from woocommerce and the other from wcfm, notification email. Since i can’t edit the order status notification email, can i stop sending wcfm notification email just when after order is changed to completed?

    WCFM does not send out any email for customers. Only send notification to vendors.

    Still, show me those two emails screenshot.

    For example, the customer recieved this email after status was changed to refunded, 1st https://snipboard.io/ZWmDvr.jpg, 2nd https://snipboard.io/apcjmR.jpg. The 2nd one is from woocommerce because i was able to edit. The customer receives these 2 emails when an order status is completed or changed to refunded, The 2nd one comes with an invoice attached
