I have massive amounts of white space before the title on some pages and not on others. I am not sure why the excessive white space is there, what happened to cause it or how I can get rid of it. I have read other posts on too much white space and tried the solutions, but nothing has worked yet. Also, I am not sure why it is inconcistent?

    Please see the difference between:

Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thank you.

  • Hey @fslessy,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The mentioned white space seems to exist only on posts that have featured images defined. If defined, the featured images are displayed as post’s header background, that’s how the Go theme is designed. The https://firespiritlife.com/evening-prom page has a featured image but it is not displayed, it is hidden by this CSS code. This is how the image is displayed if we were to remove CSS.

The image is hidden but the white space is still there. I already helped with this issue here.

So you can use the method from the above link or you can simply remove featured images from posts that display white space above titles.

Kindly let me know if this helps. ??

    Best Regards,
    Milos

Great, I removed the featured images and that worked perfectly. I will also look into your solution on the other thread. Thank you very much for your help, Milos! I truly appreciate it.
