I went to your shop page (not the shop-2 since it doesn’t anymore exist, but the simple shop), and from what I could see, you have already addressed some (if not all) of the issues that you mention in your messages. Did this question

… if you refer to the popup mobile sidebar, then what you describe is the intended behavior. The pop-up mobile sidebar is meant to overlap the products, and gets closed automatically on each filter application, or by clicking outside or with the help of the Close button in its right top corner.
Also, I couldn’t reproduce this one:
…when I go to a parent category, the subcategories (in this case brand) do not show
Right now the brands filter gets toggled without any problems. If you meant that the brands filters didn’t show on brands’ archive pages, then it’s a known limitation that is explained in the first paragraph of this forum post.
Please do let me know if I didn’t understand your questions well and you still have some pending issues! In case like that it would help if you could provide me with some step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
