Hey, I’ve had the problem for a few days that my product images on the mobile version are suddenly way too big.
The funny thing is it came all of a sudden and is only the case with one category and as soon as I go to the 2nd page of this category the problem is gone.

I have made some screenshots for you

This is the first page of the Lighting category. Left picture too big and therefore you can only see half of the product next to it.

On the second page it is then displayed normally again.

For the other categories it is also displayed normally.
I’m slowly loosing my mind on this problem, i hope you can help me.

I use Elementor as a theme. Pages are also created with Elementor Pro.
I have to say I’m still quite a Woocommerce and WordPress beginner, so the problem could be due to some fail settings that I made.

I can understand this can be annoying.

The site you are working with is https://www.setupking.de/, is that right?

I have checked your site’s category page and could not reproduce the problem. What you are experiencing could be a reason for the browser cache. WooCommerce does not have specific settings to control only one thumbnail size in a product list.

Please try after clearing your browser cache following these instructions – https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Hi. I can see the problem at setupking.de. When you are building the page with Elementor, do you build a mobile version using the responsive tool? If so, how does the page look when you switch to that view? Does it show 2 columns?

Thanks for the answers. I deleted the cache but the problem is still there.

I installed Elementor, and I can’t replicate the problem. Have you tried switching to the storefront theme as a test? –

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (storefront) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Wow i finally fixed it!
The problem was some product names were way too long. i shortened every name and its works fine now
