Hi, sorry if it has been already solved, I don’t even know how to search for my issue (can’t imagine wich words use)

The pages I create with plugin shortcodes show very ugly. Grey bars, a lot of space between text (lines added)… and I don’t know how to solve it. Suppose it’s a problem of the theme?

I have provided the link of the “Embed Zoom Meeting in your Browser” shortcode, but it also happens with Listing zoom meetings shortcode.

I have a theme from themeforest called Jupiter.

    Anyone who could help, please?

    Thanx!!

    Hi @monicavd

When you add shortcode from backend did you insert shortcode inside (code) tag? (code) HTML tag is being rendered due to which this kind of layout is showing. Try removing (code) tag.

If you are using gutenberg then search for shortcode block and add shortcode to that.

If classic editor: Goto “text” tab and add shortcode directly.
