Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Styles & Colors admin page, make sure the “Load Font Awesome CSS lib” option is enabled. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/styles-and-colors/#load-font-awesome-css-lib

One of the active plugins or the theme doesn’t allow the Fontawesome lib to be loaded. Please watch the video: https://www.screencast.com/t/6hJBSsDeMcE

You should deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.

Sorry, the problem is not resolved. Also, the image upload feature does not work. Could you please check it from the admin panel?
