    Hello,

Thank you for the work that you have done, i really appreciate your plugin.

First of all, i am facing a problem, when i click on ? admin.php?page=lmfwc_licenses ?, the page take too much time to load, and take a lot of ram allocated ? ? as you can see. At the begining it was crashing, so i made a debug to understand what is happenning, i found that it need a lot of memory to load, so i raised it to 512, so it was runnung normally but a bit slow. And now it need more then 70% of 512, to load, In the reality, now we have ? 20.000 ? codes stored and i cannot delete the old one.
Please help to solve the problem of the memory.

Second, i need to customise the plugin to let the user the capability of disabling a code, which show him that he already used that code.

Third, I need to know how i can decrypt the code stored on the databse ?

    Thanks

I want to thank you another time for the works that you have done.

  • Also having memory problems and not able to load ? admin.php?page=lmfwc_licenses ?. This is concerning as we’re only in our second selling season and if we already have too many codes up for it to work properly, we will outgrow this plugin very soon. It will not be practical for us to go back and delete what’s already been sold.

Also having this problem. I can go to Settings and generators but can view Licenses
    Blank page on /wp-admin/admin.php?page=lmfwc_licenses

@schwietb88 What plugin are thinking about, for the future, because i have no choice now, i will need to change it.
@creativeone you must raise the limit of memory allocated for wordpress, as a begining, to show the page.

The hosting company was finally able to raise the memory on the pool of accounts on the server and that fixed it but it is still a bit slow. Will you be able to keep updating the plugin or should we be looking for an alternative? Thanks

@creativeone Unfortunaltly, i am not the developer i am a user like you, and i have the same problem like you, and only thinking to change the plugin, makes me nervous, because it will be a lot of work.

But my advise is to change plugin for paid one. at least you will have a good suppot, this plugin does the job, but since 4 mounths there is no update.

I want to have an update that solve our problem, but we don’t have any answer, i think the developper should have more important to do.

Oh ok I see. Yes I think I will install a paid plugin and start working with it. Thanks.

    Hello @creativeone @kalilov @schwietb88

Sorry for the late reply, but it’s now time to fix this issue and deploy a new plugin version. So I wanted to ask: Does anyone have a test/staging server with this problem where I could take a look? I can’t seem to recreate the problem on my test server.

I have some news regarding this topic.

One plugin-user migrated hosts. He switched to Kinsta and got a much better environment than he previously had. With the host migration, his memory problem also disappeared. This means, that it could be an issue related to your webhosting service.

What kind of web-hosting do you guys have? Shared / VPS / Dedicated?

What do you think about kinsta ?

I am running on a dedicated server and the plugin has started working very slowly and occasionally gives this error:
    > Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1048576 bytes) in /home/studentsoftw/www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4673

We have 262000 licenses managed on the site. Is that too much for the plug in to handle?

Will there be an updated to solve the problem soon?

We very much appreciate your support and we are a financial contributor to your plug in.

    Thank you.

    Hello @seanhannastudentdiscountscom @kalilov @creativeone @schwietb88

Are you guys using a plugin for sequential order numbers? If so, which one?

    @seanhannastudentdiscountscom @kalilov @creativeone @schwietb88

I found the problem and I will be fixing it today. There will be an update this evening which will take care of this one thing. Followed by this fix there will be a major plugin update (version 2.3.0) with tons of new features coming. I just need some more time to test everything and make sure it works.

    Thank you for your patience.
