    Our site says “Join 648 other subscribers.” but when I download the CSV file it has only 433 addresses. Why is this?

    That subscriber number tracks more than just emails – The follower / subscriber amount automatically adds up not only your email subscribers, but also of all your social media accounts that you have linked to Jetpack to give you a large, overall number for your online presence.
