Regarding your first issue, most probably it’s caused by your theme and not by woocommerce.

Since you use a commercial theme (TrackStore), please go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Regarding your second issue (mobile menu), that can be fixed via your theme also, or by contacting Slider Revolution support page: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/help-center/ (Another commercial product not supported here).
