display issue & conflict with other plugin

    Initially, CR works great, until it has a conflict with another plugin. ProductReview is a very trustworthy review platform that we want to use together. Since CR has a reward feature for leaving reviews (auto-generated coupons), it attracts more customers to leave reviews than ProductReview.

    After we installed their plugin, initially, there are 2 Review Tab, one for CR and one for ProductReview. After ProductReview is updated, CR review tab was removed from the individual product page. We want to display CR reviews on our website, so we disable the ProductReview widget to be displayed on a webpage, but it is still functioning as it should be.

    Issues:
    1. CR reviews loading endlessly if click “Load More”. This happened before we install the ProductReview plugin
    2. CR Tab doesn’t show up thus no one can read CR reviews on a webpage, but CR review is still functioning, eg sending an invitation, receiving reviews, generating coupons, etc.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    1. Can you please temporary disable all caching / CDN / minification / performance optimization plugins on your site and check if it resolves the problem?

    2. There is no such a thing as a “CR Tab” with reviews. Our plugin works with the standard WooCommerce reviews. It doesn’t create any new tabs for reviews. If you do not see reviews on product pages, please follow the troubleshooting steps from this support article: Reviews Not Showing on Product Page.
