Hi, i have the same problem

Turned off WP Rocket (cache and optimizations) worked for me.

But other question for author, wich js we need to exclude from combination to work mask?

When you have sometime, please try excluding /wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/js/wpforms.js in your cache plugin and then test the form again.
