RSS Feed and 404 page not found.

Hello all,
This is my first attempt at WordPress on my own site. https://www.superweightloss.net. I do not know what I am doing to get an RSS feed up and running, but there is a feed button at the bottom of the page. When I click on it, it asks me to subscribe to something. When I try to validate it using every single setting that WP showed me, it does not validate and gives me a 404 error. This is what I tried.

https://example.com/wp-atom.php
https://example.com/?feed=rss
https://example.com/?feed=rss2

https://example.com/?feed=atomI used my url in place of the example.com. Anyways, can anyone help me with this, as it is very confusing. Thank you very much.
