This plugin an be made available on mobile

  • Hi Sayan, with reference to latest update; I noticed that on mobile this payment gateway is disabled. You & Dev team has developed a nice app. However due to some gov. restrictions it cannot be used specifically on mobile.

    I feel really sad that your awesome app has to be disabled on mobile & so will remain only limited to desktop users. So I thought something if it can be made possible to use it on mobile.

    I think you have disabled it because it asks user to open user selected UPI app & may be not compliant with gov. policy. However, what if you disabled button on pop-up to let user select & open UPI app. I mean in pop-up just show user the instructions how to make payment & it will not be against gov. rules.

    So pls check snap shared in below link how it can be managed. If below link doesn’t work, just reply to this msg. I will try to share it in some other way. With this approach this plugin will not force user to open any UPI app but ask them to pay on some ID or mobile no. or scan & pay and confirm.

    I am sure this will work because some websites use this approach using same method & more or less your plugin is already doing same. You just have to disable button asking customer to click & open UPI app & pay offline as per instructions mentioned in snap above. I am just suggesting you. Its your call.

    Most people buy from mobile so if this gateway is not displayed then it will be very less used by customers.

    At last thanks again for this nice 5 STAR plugin.

    I would like to see this plugin working on mobile, anyway if even not my way… :D)

    Thanks for your suggestion. Please go to the settings and enable UPI QR Code for Mobile devices option and the check on mobile.

    Enable UPI QR Code for Mobile devices is done, still on mobile the list of UPI apps does not pop up. If disabled, the payment option with qr code also goes off.

    NPCI restricted this type of Direct UPI payment fro UPI 2.0. So, list of the UPI apps are not showing.

    Hi @infosatech , There are still people using such custom made plugin to accept upi payments by invoking the Upi apps.
