impossible to reach user profil page

    Hi
    When user is login on accompte page and click “see profil” it redirect to website hompepage.
    Page problem url example: https://mywebsite.com/user/jean/

    Same when admin is login on member and try to “modify profil” of the user

    I did something wrong?

    Hi @johanna75

    Have you turned on any UM Content Restriction settings? Please edit the page “User” in WP Admin > Pages and see if the UM Content Restriction is turned on.

    I just make the turned on.
    On: UM settings/restrict and on user page.
    It doen’t change.

    user page is unreachable it go on homepage website…
    ??

    What i did:
    I turned on user restric on user page.
    For “who” setting i set loged user.
    I select ALL roles.

    After some hours triying to solv:
    I created a new page for user profil.
    I seems to work better (not the default user page, but the new one yes)

    My question is: How admin can change user infos?
    Because on admin user list page, admin can only SEE profil page and not update it.

    Sorry for the late response.

    Did you assign the Profile form to a specific user role so only they can see the form?

    Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Edit a Profile form > See “Customize this form” > “Apply custom settings to this form”. Is it set to “Yes”?
