You do not have access to view this PDF.

    Our form generates a PDF after submission. This worked well for years, but recently the message appears:

    You do not have access to view this PDF.

    It still seems to work on some Android devices.
    We checked the security protocols (https://docs.gravitypdf.com/v5/user-pdf-security/) and enabled public PDF access as well. Enabling public PDF access does start the actual PDF download but still displays the You do not have access to view this PDF notification.

    We are using:
    Gravity Forms 2.4.22
    Gravity PDF 5.3.3
    Wordpress 5.6

    We never had this issue before and didn’t make any changes befores this occur. Any suggestions on how to solve this?
