    Wordfence Dashboard is reporting “2 issues found in most recent scan.” When I follow the link to the Scan page, the progress chart shows a warning yellow exclamation on ‘File Changes and the Results tab has “Results 2” in the final column, with buttons above to ‘Delete all deletable files’ or ‘Repair all repairable files.’ But there is no indication as to what or where these files are. If I attempt to select the ‘Ignored Results’ tab, nothing happens. I’ve used the ‘View Full Log’ option; and there is no mention in the log of any issues being found during the scan. Am I supposed to tell Wordfence to get on with its corrections before I know what they are, or am I missing some important information?

    Re-ran the scan today. This time it came up with details of two redundant files; which I have deleted.
