Hi, I don’t know if this is the correct place to open this topic but I couldn’t figure where to open it because the problem is complex.

today I realized that the woo-commerce plugin uninstalled itself. I m using GoDaddy manageable WordPress and woo-commerce comes with it already activated. now ? have tried to re-install the woo commerce plugin but I give an error and say something like you already have the files
I have searched for this and found other topics with the same problem on other platforms but there was no solution to it. the only solution seems to be to restore the site from back up.

? did get my last backup yesterday by using updraft and decided to restore the site since I couldn’t install the woo-commerce back. but after I start to restore, at the last stage updraft gives an error as well. it didn’t restore the site.

so now my site didn’t restore properly and I can’t install woo-commerce.

i, once again need the help of the caring community.

    My best.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

In this case, you need to manually delete WooCommerce via FTP or cPanel, then re-install WooCommerce again. If you are not sure about this, I recommend contacting GoDaddy and have them do it for you.

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
