[NSFW] woocommerce tax not calculating

    site is slightly NSFW

    so woocommerce is setup, woocommerce tax is downloaded and enabled, I got it to work ONCE with my own address and it seemingly added it to the standard rate table automatically for some reason, had my first customer checkout and it didn’t charge them tax nor add to table, now it won’t charge tax for any locations (it will calculate but come up with 0)

    also for some reason paypal plus charged me tax pre checkout at check but besides woocommerce tax not calculating it didn’t for my first customer

    just need some system to charge tax, paypal plus charging tax is fine too if anybody knows how to set it up on business account since I’m assuming it’s in the same vein as ebay/amazon so it gets where it needs to go and I don’t have to handle filings for sales tax later

    also I am on free hosting until the site pays for itself a few times over so if it says suspended it means I ran out of cpu/memory allocation
