Crazy SOUND question– but maybe you know?

I experimented with having my WP site load a sound upon arrival. Even with a cool song that a visitor really dug, it got to be too much after several visits. A friend told me there’s a way to have a controllable site radio installed, so that when someone arrives, they can decide to listen. Variant idea: if the site had a folder of sounds, and every ten visit it would play one of them.

That’s the best way I can manage to ask this question. Anyone have an idea of a solution. Greatly appreciated, and thanks,
