Cannot add line breaks or change Read More text

Hello Weblizar Team,

I am having trouble adding line breaks to text content placed within the service boxes. I want to be able to push down each question and have one line per question (as seen at the link attached) but this does not work. They stack up right beside each other and merge into one paragraph.

Additionally, I cannot get the first letter of the service title to stay capital when typed in; it automatically goes lower case when saved.

Lastly, is there a way to change the Read More button to custom text?
Please advise me on how to resolve these issues. Thank you!
