How do I insert <!–nextpage–> ? And what is <!–more–> ?

    I’ve just discovered <!–nextpage–>
    Not being dumb: but where is this mentioned in the user guide?

    How do I insert this without going into the HTML code?

    Is there a way to do this? I tried googline but found no answers

    AND, what does this do: <!–more–>

    It’s on one of the buttons of the TinyMCE text editor
    I’ve used it in my post and nothing shows on the web page
    It must do something?

    Is there a button like this for <!–nextpage–> ?
    I couldn’t see it anywhere
