    ?May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your site? If yes, then could you please try to?disable asset caching?under your?Popup Maker?>?Settings?>?Misc?and check it again if that helps you solve the problem??

    Hello! no results … removed Rocket and put Autoptimize

    and it may depend on hosting?
    never had problems with caching and Popup Maker, I make a website on another hosting and the problem appeared …

    Thank you for your reply and we apologize for taking long to get back.

    This happens when a server cache is active. It could conflict with the cache plugin while you have disabled the asset caching of Popup Maker.

    To avoid cache conflict, after saving the popup settings, kindly clear the cache of the caching plugin and the server cache as well.
