Breadcrumbs missing on Category Page

Hello,
I hope someone can help me. I have had our website set up for a long time and I am trying to make improvements to our Woocommerce pages but I have struggled for a number of years with an issue whereby the woocommerce breadcrumbs will not show on the category pages but the will on the normal product page which will also show the shop and category breadcrumbs
Shop – No Breadcrumbs

https://www.call4backup.org/shop-category/supporter-items/Shop > Category > Product – Breadcrumbs present
https://www.call4backup.org/shop/supporter-items/pen/Does anyone know if it might be because the ‘/shop-category/’ section of the category page is replacing ‘/shop/’ section of the permalinks but I cannot see why this is different or if this is why the breadcrumbs are not showing.
Could someone please debug this for me and let me know how I could rectify the issue with the breadcrumbs being missing on category pages.
