Robo Gallery plugin – Menu label- Self button selected but nothing appears

    Hi All,
    in my galleries I have selected both the Root label and the Self label.
    The Root label show a button in the gallery with the label ‘All’, but the Self label do not show any button.

    How to show the Self button?

    The behavior of RoboSoft is truly unspeakable with the total consent to reply to support tickets open both at their website https://robosoft.co/ and here in this section.
    Tickets created for more than a week left in the Open state, probably not even read, with no communication.

    I bought the Pro license and I must say I regretted it.

    The customer is totally abandoned.

    I am completely disappointed, I think I do not adopt their plugin to create image galleries but I will use something else.

    I will certainly prepare negative reviews towards RoboSoft and this plugin, so that other users can save themselves from their indifference.

    A fraud.

    Good morning,
    page is not active now.

    I’m referring about the button Self, set to on.
    Documentation is missing about this aspect.

    Ticket was opened on 21.01.21, ticket number 3374.
