    Hello,

    When the users of my site create an account they can choose the ID and password, but it’s not working… When they create an account they need to go to e-mail and create an new password.

    How do I fix?

    Hi there ??

    To fix this, go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy > Account creation, and from there check if you check have enabled the settings in the screenshot below, and if so please disable/uncheck them.
