    Hi,

Could look like logging of hits on rules based upon regex does not happen after last update, the regex rules are observed OK, but no entry to be found on the Log page nor on the Redirects page under Last Access.

Have tried with and without the new Redirect Caching, plus a cache flush, but no change in above behaviour.

    /Bo

Logging of a regular expression works fine for me. Have you disabled logging for the redirect?

No all 3 log options enabled like they used to be, just tried disable and enable again, but no change in the ‘no logging of regex’ but all other redirects are logged.

Same behaviour on the 3 sites I manage.

An individual redirect can now have logging disabled. Have you disabled this? Note that if you are using a page cache then redirects won’t be logged.

It’s working on all the regex redirects I have, and there have been no other reports so far.

Done some more testing, it’s not a plug-in conflict.

But have now tested with regex rules who does a 301, there the log works OK, but for my 404/410 rules, log not not work.

It’s the same issue with 410 non regex rules, no logging.

Ok, I will look into whether this is intentional or accidental.

Thanks (it worked nicely before, hope it comes back)
