Theme distorts in IE 5 and IE 7

    Folks,

    I have a customised theme, it looks fine in IF 7 and FF, but distorts on IF 5 and IE6.

    Is it possible to make the width of the template 95% of any browser screen?

    Is so, how can i do that?
