• Page caching seems not working for both dynamic and static pages.

Error on dynamic page (https://www.mynature4k.com): Invalid Cache-Control response header. If you are using Litespeed Server, please disable the option Overwrite the cache-control header for WordPress’s pages using web server rules, purge the cache and retry.

Error on static resource (https://www.mynature4k.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/assets/testcache.html): Cache status: DYNAMIC – The resource was not cached by default and your current Cloudflare caching configuration doesn’t instruct Cloudflare to cache the resource. Instead, the resource was requested from the origin web server.

Please check if the page caching is working by yourself by surfing the website in incognito mode ’cause sometimes Cloudflare bypass the cache for cURL requests. Reload a page two or three times. If you see the response header cf-cache-status: HIT, the page caching is working well.

    Hi there,
I did checked the response header and it is cf-cache-status: HIT.
I did GTmetrix results to compare with and without the plugin and nothing changed.
Where do I go wrong please?
    Thanx

    Hi @alexwave13,
While looking at your website I see that you have 2 cache-control headers. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/8fnh0H5.png
Please figure out what is adding that second cache-control header. There should be only 1 cache-control header which is being added by the plugin. Also, ensure that the Development Mode is not enabled in your Cloudflare account. Check under the page rules the page rule has been added by the plugin. And also under the Caching Configuration (inside CF dashboard), the Browser Cache TTL is set to respect the header (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/6ruux7v.png)

    Hello Sir,
Thank you for the fast reply!

Can you share a screenshot of the page rule section from your cloudflare dashboard?
Also ensure that the orange cloud is enabled for your site’s main A/CNAME records.

Please share the screenshot of the page rule section inside your cloudflare dashboard. You have not provided that.

    Hi @alexwave13,
As I can see in the above screenshot is that the page rule present in your Cloudflare account is not added by this plugin and rather added by you. Please remove the page rule added by you. Then go to the plugin settings, click on “Reset All” and then enter your CF details again to set the plugin. So, that the plugin will add it’s page rule on its own. Do not tinker with the page rule added by the plugin.

This is the cause of your issue.

    Hi @isaumya
    Thanx for the hints!
I did all as you said and not got this error:
Page caching is working for static page but seems not working for dynamic pages.

Error on dynamic page [ redundant link removed ]: Invalid Cache-Control response header. If you are using Litespeed Server, please disable the option Overwrite the cache-control header for WordPress’s pages using web server rules, purge the cache and retry.

    Hi,
Are you sure the plugin is active? I’m still seeing cache-control: max-age=600 in your response header which I have already talked about in above and asked you to figure out what is adding it and get rid of it.

Once you do that, clear your Cloudflare cache and let us know. Check the response header via the browser rather than using the “Test Cache” button. If you don’t know how to do that, check the video in the plugin description. It is clearly shown there.

Sorry I uninstalled this plugin, not good enough for me.
