Nachnahme/cash on Delivery

  • Hallo Supportteam,

    wir würden gerne den Versand auf Nachnahme ausprobieren. Dazu haben wir die Bankverbindung etc. im Backend ausgefüllt, aber auch bei einer Bestellung über die Woocommerce Standard – Zahlungsart Nachnahme wird immer nur ein Standard DHL Label (ohne Nachnahme) generiert. Auch in den Auswahlfeldern des Plugins auf der Bestelldetailseite findet sich kein Service für Nachnahme.

    Wie k?nnen wir ein Nachnahmelabel generieren?

    Hello support team,

    we would like to try cash on delivery. To do this, we have filled in the bank details etc. in the backend, but even when ordering COD via the Woocommerce standard payment method, only a standard DHL label (without cash on delivery) is generated. There is also no cash on delivery service in the selection fields of the plugin on the order details page.

    How can we generate a COD label?

    Are you using the WooCommerce default COD payment method or a custom one? The plugin only integrates with the WooCommerce COD method. If it is selected by the customer, then there should be a COD checkbox for orders within Germany.

    Hi Shadi,

    we use the Woocommerce Standard COD payment. And if we do so with a test order, no COD Checkbox appears. Unfortunately, I can not post pictures here, so that you could see it.
