Jetpack Publicize conflict/bug

  • The Jetpack Publicize feature is currently sharing new Download additions to Twitter (and/or other accounts) if enabled for posts. It seems WordPress Download Manager is using standard posts for its Downloads, rather than a custom post type.

    WordPress Download Manager should block the Publicize feature, and in general one does not want them shared out like normal posts.

    At the very least there should be some way of globally overriding/disabling this for WordPress Download Manager posts.
