    The page is actually public…. could you let me know your IP, in case it is being blocked for some reason

    @jfheath it says the page is protected https://prnt.sc/xq2q8o. It’s definitely a private page. If you can’t make the page public or provide the admin login, we can’t help. Sorry.

    The title says protected. it doesn’t mean it is protected. As you can see from the screenshot, it is displaying content, not asking for a password.
    I have removed the shortcode from the accordion, so that it is immediately visible, so hopefully that helps you to investigate the problem
