Good Afternoon – Is there anyway to add anchors to a custom “My-Account” page? For example I would like to send the user to a specific location on the “My Account” page. Thanking you in advance.

  • Hi @morganelite,

That’s an interesting question. The system should create unique links for the sections of the account page. Like /account/downloads will take users to the downloads “tab” in the account page.

If you need to go further than that and link to a specific part of the download page, you’ll probably want to do a template override and add an ID that can be deep linked to. Something like, /account/downloads/#faq

This guide can give you some guidance on creating template overrides.

    Cheers
