Pending payment after 3d secure code

    Hi i’m getting this error,after a customer confirm the 3d secure code order status stay on pending payment and the order will be not processed at all on the website

    all the webhooks settings are good and I don’t have any custom rule in the radar

    all the payments on stripe stay with the status requires_confirmation (after the 3d secure code) and I’m trying to force it

    in the dashboard they say to check this documentation:

    but still struggling with this error and stripes support says it is everything good on their side

    Hi @easycopeu,

    Can you share your website url? If the order’s status is remaining pending that could be a JavaScript error on your checkout page interfering with the Stripe plugin’s ability to complete payment.

    @mrclayton my bad tested right now with another client after I have disabled the divi editor on the checkout page and the client after getting the 3d secure code, will be redirected to the checkout page where an error says the product is removed from the cart and on my end, i have the order on payment pending

    i can’t find any email in the spam too,will try to to message you again the psw if needed
