• Hi,

Plugin work like a charm for .JPEG files but the .TIFF files are downloaded with 0 bytes.

I have large files hosted on Amazon S3 (linked through WP Offload Media Lite plugin).

How can I fix this issue?

Have you tested that file on a product that has been purchased, and then downloaded from the user account page? If not then test that please.

    Hi,

All my products are free for connected users.
PDF download shows me many errors like:

You’ll need to test these files with normal products to rule out my plugin. Make private products if you’re working in production. Since my plugin uses the WooCommerce downloader, it’s very rare the issue is something I can help with. But without confirmation there’s no way to help.

Basically if they work fine for purchased products downloaded from the user account, we can confirm the setup and AWS side of things is all correct, and the problem is something on my side.

If the downloads also fail from the account page, then there’s an issue with your configuration, either on the site or on your AWS.

For .JPEG files (also from S3) downloads works fine.

    Good stuff. Test the others.

I deactivated your plugin and .TIFF download works well, PDF product page doesn’t shows Purchase buttom.

Since earlier I’ve also tested TIF files with my plugin and AWS bucket, and it downloads fine with my plugin.

PDF files are downloading fine from AWS as well.

    How can I fix this?

Try using a different WooCommerce download method. Also check to make sure you haven’t got any strange policies assigned to your bucket.

Also does this happen on products that have multiple files, or just single files?

Multiple files. I offer always two formats of an image.

Which of my display methods are you using for multiple files?

    Button + Checkboxes
