[cusrev_reviews] does not display reviews

    Hello,

    I cannot manage to make [cusrev_reviews] works on my product pages.
    It should be visible under ‘Ce qu’en pensent les autres réparateurs :’ in the URL attached to this post.

    Few informations :
    – Reviews are enable in Woocommerce > Product section
    – There is an existing review for this product
    – Shortcode is added with the ‘shortcode’ section from Elementor
    – Other cusrev shortcodes are working, only this one does not work.

    Could you please advise on what I am missing ?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    It is difficult to say what is the problem without having access to your site. Most likely the ‘shortcode’ section you added is outside of the standard WooCommerce product section. So, the shortcode doesn’t know the product ID for which reviews should be displayed. Please try using other shortcodes where there is an option to explicitly set the product ID.

    Unfortunately this is not an option as I have +1000 products and cannot do it for each of them.

    Do you mean that this shortcode is not compatible with Elementor ?

    The shortcode should work with any WooCommerce-compatible theme.

    I think the problem is that you added the shortcode [cusrev_reviews] to the area on the page that is outside of WooCommerce scope and hence does not have access to its product-related variables. Please try using other shortcodes where there is an option to set the product ID as a shortcode parameter or move [cusrev_reviews] inside “WP Post” area.
