• i have installed this plugin and made a payment my self on my woocommerece site it say pending and on the sum up dashboard it saying transaction successful i think sum-up has not confirmed payment success to my woocommerece site
    is there a setting i need to change

    Please note that the issue might be related to the Stock Management feature of your WooCommerce website, and the hold stock value in particular. Usually, this field will hold the stock for a limited time (when the time limit is reached) and the pending order will be cancelled automatically by the Stock Management irrespective of the status of the order/checkout. This is transparent for SumUp as the payment is already made that is why a successful payment might have different status?on the WooCommerce dashboard.?

    Thus, please we recommend leaving the minute box blank. You may also get more details on the Stock Management from the WooCoomerce documentation which you can get by contacting the WooCommerce relevant team.
