No Help for Serious Problem with This Plug-In

    Although my home page displays correctly, all of my blog entries display as an all-black page with a white X in the upper right corner and this X does nothing at all.

    Twice I have been informed by WordPress Help that the problem is with the Blog Filter and Blog Filter Premium plugins.

    Three times I have contacted A WP Life (as directed by WordPress) and no one has ever bothered to answer.

    Right now, I have an expensive and totally useless site. This is totally unacceptable and I don’t know what to do.

    Is there ANYBODY out there than can help me?

    VERY FRUSTRATED.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, we have some technical issues we are not getting contact queries.

    We have solved all issues in new versions of the plugin.

    Please update the plugin on your site and let us know.

    Please also disable lazy load from the jetpack plugin.

    Hello @awordpresslife , I am currently experiencing the exact same issue and my client is not very happy, as their blog is the central focus of their website.

    I’m running the latest version of the Blog Filter Premium plugin. Lazyload is disabled from Jetpack as well. My theme (Avada) is all up to date.

    Any suggestions?

    This is one of the category landing pages, I’ve changed the main blog page to the standard WP blog layout for now until resolved.

    Did you try clicking on one of the posts? The issue resides there (black screen, with an X in the upper right corner)
