If your version is the latest, you should check the STM LMS Settings > LMS Pages configuration. Maybe you did not generate the required pages or after saving LMS pages you forgot to resave the permalink settings. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and it should be Post name.
Also, there might be a conflict occurring with some third-party (caching/minifying/optimizing) plugins or with the theme activated. So, please deactivate other plugins except for the MasterStudy LMS plugin and use our plugin purely. After that, activate the side plugins one by one, to find which one exactly is affecting.

I did everything as you suggested. the problem remains. I don’t think that’s the problem. there is no file referenced by your plugin inside another file of your plugin.

how do I install a clean install of the plugin? each time, even when deleting tables in the database, the settings are saved, which is probably why I can’t fix the error. uninstalling and deleting tables do not result in the removal of all settings. Somewhere there are settings that interfere with the clean installation of the plugin.

Sorry for the trouble. It seems you are using the Classic style for the profile page. Please choose the default style for the LMS page styles in the LMS settings > Profiles. [Screenshot]. In the free version, there should be only a default style and users should get a message like this. We will correct this issue in the nearest update, thanks for sharing your experience and for reporting this issue.
