It looks like the number of products added in a batch has exceeded the default limit of 100 from your system.

Here is an example code to increase the limit to 200 –

function wpse_rest_batch_items_limit( $limit ) {
    $limit = 200;
    return $limit;
}
add_filter( 'woocommerce_rest_batch_items_limit', 'wpse_rest_batch_items_limit' );
