• I paid for the premium version because it claimed to auto-renew so I didn’t have to manually do it every 90 days. My card was charged twice; and I STILL had to manually renew.

    App performs as it’s supposed to, but I’m not happy with the billing and lack of auto-renew.

    @theboshow Your site must have directory permissions issue or please update plugin to latest version, auto renewal of ssl certificate should work perfectly!.

    We pushed an important intermediate cert update recently which you might have missed if not updated to latest version of plugin.

    I keep the site and all plugins updated within one day of new releases. Still doesn’t explain the double billing, however.
